What Is Being Done In The World To Better Access to Mental Health Care

Howdy guys,

We breached another tough topic this week. Since I am always advising people seek help from professionals, it was fair for me to look into how easy it is to access care from them. Well, I wish I could report that it was. Check out this supercut to learn the facts about how countries around the world handle these issues and what is being done internationally to rectify the problem. You'll also learn more about the U.S. Healthcare system, including our barriers to care.

Then, be sure to look at my references and let me know if I missed anything!

Oh, yes. I almost forgot. In the end, I talk about the various methods people without access can use to help themselves. Definitely look over those mentioned on my help page. But, if you would prefer a list of psychologist approved self-help and workbooks, that can be found here: http://www.abct.org/SHBooks/

Unfortunately, I do not have a full video this week since Twitch had a glitch midway through, but if you want to check out parts one and two, you can find them here: https://www.twitch.tv/mxiety/
