What is OCD And How Is It Different Than Perfectionism? -Twitch Mxiety Episode 61-

Hi Everyone!

Episode 61 focused on OCD--a topic I know personally, but still had a lot of questions to learn about. We learned what Obsessive Compulsive Disorder actually is, and even touched upon how it can be misdiagnosed. Also, why is it so important to stop using the term in everyday language?

Let me know if there is anything important you feel we missed on the subject. Be sure to reach out if you feel like your struggle with OCD is a story you would like to share to help educate others, too.
