What Does Psychosomatic Mean?

Hey Hey Hey,

I used the opportunity to do some research on the word I constantly use: Psychosomatic. I thought it was mostly colloquial but turns out, it's such a dilemma for doctors, that it's an official DSM-V term. Indeed, the DSM-V term is an amalgam of several terms combined from the DSM-I.

Check out the long episode to see the full chat about the term, my personal stories with it, then a discussion on what Depression feels like, finished with a light game of Stardew Valley (a game which received awards for its mental health representation).

We'll talk soon again,

Mxiety
